"Cute once it’s on, but yeah... a bit tricky"
So the outfit is really cute after you finally get it on. But putting it on my dog was kind of a whole thing. The leg holes felt a little tight, and she got annoyed quickly, which, fair. I had to try a few times before we got it sorted. Maybe if your dog is super calm it’s no big deal, but for us it wasn’t exactly easy. Not bad overall, I just wish it was easier to get on

"Refund came through quicker than I expected"
I asked for a refund and, it came through faster than I thought it would. Support wasn’t exactly chatty, but I guess they did what they needed to do and got it sorted. I’m taking off one star because I did have to follow up once, though I’m not sure if that was just bad timing or something.

"Support took a bit longer than I expected"
I ordered from littlebeast.co and ended up needing to contact support about my order. They did get back to me and sorted everything out, so no major complaints there. I guess I just have that shortcut in my head where slow replies make me assume something’s wrong, even if it ends up being fine. Overall, not a bad experience, but I would’ve liked quicker communication...

The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, especially because I was hoping to have it before the weekend. That said, it did arrive in good condition, so no real issues other than the wait.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my pup, and at first I was kind of wondering if I should even bother exchanging it or just make it work somehow.

I emailed Little Beast and they replied quickly, which was a relief. I kept expecting there to be a bunch of back and forth, but they just told me what to send back and got the new size moving soon after.

The whole thing ended up being way easier than I thought it would be. I probably overthought it, honestly. The new one fits really well, so I’m happy with how it all worked out.

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I ordered from littlebeast.co and was kind of relieved when I got to checkout because the shipping cost was fair. I always notice that last step where some random fee suddenly shows up, and that didn’t happen here. The total stayed pretty much what I expected, which I appreciated. The package arrived fine too, no crushed corners or weird delays. Small thing, but it made the whole order feel easy. I’d order again

"Cute styles and fun to browse"
I really like the look of the site, the designs are super cute. I was browsing around and kept noticing little styles I liked, though a couple pages did feel a bit busy. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall it’s easy to use, and the whole vibe is nice

"Had a sizing hiccup, but they came through"
My order showed up with a sizing issue, and I was a tiny bit annoyed at first, like, here we go, the saga begins. I emailed them and got a reply the next day, which was a relief. They sorted it out and sent the correct one without turning it into a whole ordeal. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end they handled it well. 4 stars from me.

"Cute sweater, but the fit was disappointing"
I got this sweater for my dog because it looked adorable in the photos, it is cute in person too. But the fit was the part that stood out the most, and not in a great way. The chest felt a little too tight, while the back ran longer than I expected, so it just looked a bit awkward on my pup.
I did check the sizing chart and it helped a little, but it still felt like I was mostly guessing. The quality seems okay and it’s not a terrible sweater, but the uneven fit kind of takes away from it. I wanted to love it more than I actually do.

"Surprisingly, the order was actually right"
I ordered from littlebeast.co and, shockingly enough, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes were right, the colors matched, and nothing was missing or randomly swapped out, which apparently is not always a given these days. Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic. i’m just glad it arrived correctly the first time. I’d order again

"Makes rainy walks a lot nicer"
I got this rain jacket for my dog it’s been really helpful on those windy, wet walks. It fits him well, keeps him dry, and it’s easy to get on without a fuss. I just feel better knowing he’s not getting soaked when he’s out there doing what he needs to do, seems like the least we can do for our pets.

I ordered the blue one and it was such a relief when it showed up looking just like the pictures, because I’ve definitely had things arrive in some totally different weird shade before, but this one was exactly the color I was expecting and I’m really happy with it

"Finally, my old pup can move without struggling so much"
My dog is getting older, and watching him struggle to get around was driving me nuts because he still wants to act like a puppy but his body clearly didn’t get the memo. Since using this, he’s been moving around so much easier. He gets up with less fuss, walks better, and just seems more comfortable overall. Huge relief, honestly...
